MARBLES YOGA STUDIO
200 hour teacher training program offered as 10 day residential retreats. These intensives will take place at Mound Ridge Camp located an hour west of St. Louis. Nature, Yoga and knowledge.

Marbles Yoga Teacher Training Program upholds the highest standards of yoga instruction and practice. The Program includes in-depth study of the following areas: yoga asana, pranayama, bandha, mudra, mantra, meditation, yogic/tantric philosophy, yogic texts (Bhagavad Gita, Upanishads, Yoga Sutras), anatomy, physiology, yogic diet, therapeutic applications of yoga, basic Sanskrit...and so much more.
Above all, the program is a journey of self discovery. Whether or not you want to teach yoga, the deepening of your study and practice of the yogic arts and sciences will enrich your life in unimaginable ways.
