At Belleville Taekwondo we teach traditional ITF as well as WTF style Taekwondo. Emphasis is on the 4 disciplines of Taekwondo: forms, sparring, breaking and self-defense. We also strive to instill strong character traits, self-discipline, self-confidence, self-control and respect both for oneself and others to unify mind, body, and spirit.
